School Expenses

There are the mandatory School Fee(s) and the optional Event Fee(s)

Two payments are required:

1. An examination fee is payable upon your application to attend our school
2. Payment in full; covering all school fees owed upon receiving a Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Immigration Office

Event Fee (optional) includes the expenses for the trips for Hokkaido/Okinawa, and excursions around Tokyo, and to Tokyo Disneyland, etc

Bank Transfer

Once tuition is paid, it won't be returned except the followings:

• If visa is denied by Japanese Ministry of Justice, you will get a full refund except for the examination fee.
• If you decided to cancel your enrollment in Tokyo Riverside School after the certificate of eligibility is issued; you will not be eligible for the refund of both the admission fee and the examination fee. For other refund(s); you will be asked to present the receipt of tuition fee, unused school entrance permission, and a certificate of eligibility. Also you are expected to submit a letter; detailing the reasons of your withdrawal. Without these documents, refund(s) will not be made.
• Under no circumstances; will you be eligible for any refund upon your arrival to Japan.
